1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and free200 ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the free200 online gaming platform available at free200.club and all associated subdomains, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the free200 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the free200 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account.

2Eligibility

Use of the free200 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of participation.
• You must not be a director, officer, employee, consultant, contractor, or agent of free200, nor a member of the immediate family of any such person.
• You must not be listed on any government-issued exclusion list or self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Free200 reserves the right to request documentary verification of eligibility at any stage and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our reasonable satisfaction.

3Account Registration

To access real-money games on free200, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on free200. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

You must notify free200 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. Free200 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Contact Information: You are responsible for keeping your registered email address and mobile number current. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may delay identity verification and withdrawal processing.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on free200 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. The following terms apply:

• Accepted Payment Methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Free200 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at its sole discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100, subject to the limits of your selected payment method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Verification: All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be paid to an account or payment method registered in the same name as the free200 account. Third-party payments are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Free200 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider.
• Anti-Money Laundering: Free200 is subject to Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Withdrawals may be delayed pending AML review where transaction patterns require investigation. Deposits may only be withdrawn following sufficient wagering activity as determined by free200 at its discretion.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Free200 offers promotional bonuses from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotion. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are specified within each bonus offer.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a player account at any time. Players may not stack multiple bonus offers unless explicitly permitted by a specific promotion.
• Abuse: Free200 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a promotion is being abused, including by use of irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms.
• Modification and Withdrawal: Free200 may modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been claimed will be honoured subject to the terms in place at the time of claiming.

6Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on free200 operate according to their individual published game rules. By placing a wager, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that game. The following general provisions apply:

• RNG-based slot and table games use independently tested and certified Random Number Generator technology. Results are statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced.
• Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers via video stream. All outcomes are determined by physical equipment (cards, roulette wheel, dice) under live camera surveillance.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, free200 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Winnings generated during a malfunction will not be paid.

7Prohibited Conduct

• Creating or operating multiple accounts or accounts in another person's name

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage
• Money laundering, use of stolen or unauthorized payment methods, or any fraudulent financial activity
• Attempting to hack, interfere with, or reverse-engineer any part of the free200 platform
• Engaging in or facilitating the use of the platform by persons under 21 years of age
• Any conduct that violates applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations

8Intellectual Property

All content on the free200 Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and user interface design, is the proprietary property of free200 or its licensed third-party suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of free200.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, free200 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including without limitation loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

Free200's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your free200 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit free200's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10Privacy & Data

Free200 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Free200 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as necessary for the operation of the Platform and compliance with Philippine law.

11Responsible Gaming

Free200 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The Platform provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools at no cost:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Session time reminders and hard cut-offs
• Net loss limits with automatic session pause
• Temporary cooling-off periods (1 to 30 days)
• Permanent self-exclusion with immediate effect

Players who have self-excluded are prohibited from creating new accounts. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance. 12Termination

• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe
• Inactivity of more than 12 consecutive months (with prior notice)

Upon termination for breach, free200 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following satisfactory KYC verification.

13Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Regulatory disputes may be referred to PAGCOR in accordance with its published dispute resolution procedures.

14Amendments

Free200 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.
